The Limassol Cooperative Savings Bank is particularly interested in carrying out modern and effective human resources management, while recognizing the vast contribution of the human factor in achieving the strategic targets.
The current human resources management targets are as follows:
• To develop a proper working environment, by promoting the spirit of collaboration and mutual support.
• To ensure the employees’constant training and development in order to get their know-how improved, ensure their being adapted to ongoing changes and organize seminars, focusing on customer service quality. A percentage of the profits is yearly invested in the employees’ further education and training.
• To develop the internal interactive communication, aiming on the one hand to provide the staff with quickly-diffused and accurate information about progress occurring in the Organisation and on the other hand to collect and evaluate staff’s views and concerns.
• To provide full transparency and meritocracy in terms of the staff promotion but also filling of vacancies.
