• Low carbon emission vehicle (<120g CO2/km)
• Heat insulating materials/systems purchase
• Purchase of geothermal heat pump for heating and cooling
• Small wind systems/windmills purchase
• Purchase of solar active systems for warming water 
• Purchase of solar systems for room heating and cooling
• Home solar systems purchase
• Waste processing systems purchase

Loan amount
• Up to € 20.000 with personal guarantees 
• Up to € 50.000 with mortgage secured 

Securities
• Mortgage or one to three solvent guarantors 

Paying off period
• Up to 10 years

Paying off method
• By standing order on the current or other account

Loan expenses
• 0.5% preparation expenses on the amount with a minimum of €50

Insurance
• Life insurance starting from 2.10‰ annually on the current Loan balance 

Required term
• Submitting relevant invoices, certificates and authorizations
